Michel Lent Schwartzman, founder and CCO of 10'Minutos Interactive, was born in Berkeley, CA USA, in 1968 and raised in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

A Graphic Designer, holding a MA in Interactive Communication from the New York University was one of the first Brazilians to work with the internet.

Michel started his career in 94 in New York, at Agency.com and at MVBMS EURO/RSCG, developing projects for International Paper, American Express, Volvo and Philips. Back to Brazil in 96, to run the start-up of Medialab (currently Neoris Brasil) as Creative Director, started his own agency 10'Minutos, developing interactive marketing services to companies such as IBM, BMG, Petrobr‡s and O Globo. In 1998 he joined Bowne Global Solutions to start their Internet division in Brazil, developing projects for Globosat, GNT, Telecine, Rede Globo, UAP Seguros, Global One among others. In 1999, Lent was hired by Globo.com as a member of its executive board during the start-up months of the company.

In 2000, he moved to Sao Paulo to work at DM9DDB where he was shortly promoted to Creative Director, structured and ran a 25 people internet division. During this time, Lent won a series of awards in international festivals, including Cannes, Clio, Art Directors, One Show, The New York Festivals, London Festivals, FIAP, among others.

In 2002, after leaving DM9DDB Lent decided to restart his independent agency project, starting 10'Minutos in Sao Paulo along with his long time friend and partner, Edmardo Galli. After 3 years, 10'Minutos went from 3 to 20 people, being acknowledged by the industry as one of the leading interactive agencies in the country. 10'Minutos has developed interactive marketing services for clients such as 20th Century Fox, ABM Amro Real Bank, Siemens, Globo TV, Ernst & Young, Honda, UCI, Young and Rubican in its new phase.

In the course of over a decade of activities concerning the Internet, Michel Lent has lectured at universities and other institutions all over Brazil, developed several projects of interactive communication, structured and managed numerous departments, teams and processes. Lent writes articles for Webinsider, is a jury member of the iBest Award (largest festival in Brazil) since 1999 and a coordinator of interactive design at Miami Ad School and also a MBA professor at ESPM (one of the top marketing schools in the country).
